HURST, ALLEN F.

Enlisted in Co. K 54th Va Infantry.
Enlisted in the Wythe Co. Va Militia 02 April 1862 and then served in Co. K of the 54th Virginia Regiment throughout the Civil War.
He was captured at Bentonville, N.C. on the 19th of March 1865 and imprisoned at Point Lookout, Maryland where he was released on 27 June 1865.
His gravesite is marked with a CSA tombstone of the 54th Virginia Infantry.
