  • 50 words of description of other articles for sale...
  • Payment must be received two weeks in advance of sale date! [NO EXCEPTIONS]
  • PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE WITH PERSONAL CHECKS ONLY...
  • Rescheduled dates will be posted at no extra cost in the event you have to cancel the yard sale in the event of inclement weather. [Try getting that out of your newspaper add…] NOTE: Lebanon County Yard Sales must be notified the day of the cancellation!
  • Lebanon County Yard Sales reserves the right to edit all content and or cancel or refuse any subscription to this site.
  • If you do not agree to these terms and conditions as described above please exit the site!

It is important to find out about the yard sale rules and regulations in your area before doing anything else. To find out about the rules you can contact your city government and neighborhood associations to see if there are any rules about how often you can have a yard sale or if you need to get a permit.
